Curiosity began as an experiment

An open-ended blend guided by instinct rather than expectation. It’s a medium roast built from select coffees we return to often, combined in small batches to explore balance, contrast, and surprise.

The cup may present as layered and playful, with a character that feels both familiar and slightly unexpected. Some tasters describe it as refreshingly nuanced or quietly complex. As always, tasting notes are subjective and offered as a reference point, not a promise.

Roasted in Brooklyn and produced in limited runs, Curiosity is for those who enjoy discovery without excess—coffee that invites attention, but doesn’t demand it.
